How the imagery, the CSV upload, and the credits work.
Area searches compare the imagery date with the property's last transfer date when that data is available. CSV and API analyses do not look up sale records, so their results include the imagery date and confidence for review. Atlas does not analyze imagery from before 2014.
Your CSV file must include address, state, and ZIP code columns. Atlas geocodes each row, analyzes available Street View imagery, and returns your original columns with the distress score, level, signals, reasoning, imagery date, and confidence.
CSV jobs and area searches cost 1 credit per property successfully analyzed. Rows without usable imagery are not charged.
No, unused credits do not currently rollover to the next month.
